1. What is a "dwarf particle," and what is its significance?
2. Can you shed some light on the codes found across the internet? Only the last eight digits have been found _ _ _ _ 3162 2037.
3. Why has the Interdisciplinary Studies Report been released with no information?
Their only response was this. The file name is 4thStudy_r3_c3. It looks like they've answered #3:
